Upon enrolling in MFA (multi-factor authentication), you will be prompted to enter a temporary 6-digit verification code sent to your mobile phone after logging in for the first time on a new device and once every 24 hours on a recognized device.

Note: If you are sharing the same login credentials among your colleagues, you must request additional reporting portal accounts for them so that each individual can participate in the multi-factor authentication regime with their own mobile phone number.

Please make sure that you are entering the specific username for which you are enabling MFA in the form below.

During regular business hours, please allow up to one hour from the time of submission to process your enrollment. All enrollments submitted after 5 pm central time will be processed on the next business day.
