             Per Occurrence Fees for Merchants

$35.00 | Account Maintenance | In this case, this is a fee that is generally, for the most part, assessed when a merchant changes account information. For instance, this includes, in brief, a change with the merchant’s bank account or company address. Furthermore, it includes changes to the entity name, financial contact, or authorized signer. |

Payment Delivery Fee | In a word, this is a fee charged particularly when a merchant is sending payments. In this case, these are payments that are specifically sent by Domestic/ International wire. |
$35.00 | Dishonor Return Fee | Altogether, this is a fee generally assessed for a merchant’s request, explicitly with any particular dishonor returns. |
$35.00 | Manual Entry Fee | All in all, this is a fee that considers a merchant’s request, particularly with manually entering/ adjusting a file. |
$35.00 | Reversal | By and large, this is a fee that is assessed, in essence, for a specific merchant request, by and large. Consequently, this is a fee that considers, above all else, the return of an incorrect entry before it settles. |
$25.00 | Written Statement Under Penalty of Perjury (WSUPP) |
Specifically, this is a fee that accounts for a merchant request with a copy of the written statement that is undoubtedly obtained by the RDFI from, in this case, the Receiver. |
$25.00 | Proof of Authorization (POA) Request |
Generally speaking, a POA may be requested by an ODFI, in this situation. Correspondingly, this is required to show the copy of the authorization that the Originator obtained. Indeed, this is a request that comes from the Receiver. |
$50.00 | Risk Analysis | Markedly, this is a fee assessed for analyzing a Merchant’s return risk or, comparatively, their risk procedures. |
$50.00 | Return Fee | In particular, this is a fee assessed especially for a returned item. On the whole, this item previously originated to the merchant’s bank account. |
$500.00 | Termination Fee | In this case, this is a fee assessed particularly with terminating a merchant with cause. |
$250.00 | Early Termination Fee | Similarly, this is a fee is assessed when a merchant is terminating their account prior to the terms that are, in fact, set in the merchant agreement. |
$250.00 | POA Failure | Moreover, this is a fee that basically occurs when a merchant, on the whole, is failing to produce a compliant POA. Most important, this is a failure that especially considers the time that is set forth accordingly in the NACHA Rules. |
$500.00 | Limit Exposure Violation | In short, this is a fee that occurs when a merchant markedly splits up a debit to a Receiver. Moreover, this is a fee that considers a merchant who, in effect, is certainly bypassing their dollar limit exposure setting. For this reason, this is a fee that applies, especially when a merchant is, in fact, circumventing any debit entries. |
$12.50 | Inbound Wire Fee | In this case, this is a banking cost-recovery fee that is correspondingly assessed to the merchant whenever they receive a wire transfer. |
$25.50 | Reverse Wire | Overall, this is a fee that is assessed for an API-enabled reverse wire request that comes explicitly from the merchant. In essence, this is a request that was previously initiated by the merchant in the Actum Client Portal. Moreover, this fee will include the Inbound Wire Fee. |
$35.00 | Normal Wire | Markedly, this is a fee that is assessed for a wire that is initiated by the merchant outside of the Actum Client Portal. As a result, this can include a wire that is initiated in the API. Subsequently, this fee includes the previously mentioned Inbound Wire Fee. |
$1.00 | WEB Debit Auto-Verification | A fee assessed per account number that is verified against a third-party database in order to comply with NACHA Rules on WEB debits. Only new account numbers that are not pre-noted are eligible to be auto-verified. Enrollment waivers are provided to merchants who use Authentecheck or attest to utilizing a third-party account validation service. |
